Atul Srivastava Atul, a post graduate in Social Work from Delhi University, has more than 32 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management & Development.
His last corporate assignment was with Datamatics Group as Senior Vice President and Global HR Head. He has helped the group in successfully completing the amalgamation process of its two major companies and in bringing about significant cultural and process changes. A member of the Management Board of the company he had actively worked towards building image of the Datamatics as a professionally managed company.
Before Datamatics, Atul was working as Director – People Relations Management (HRM) with Capgemini Consulting India (Private) Limited, one of the big five global IT & Management Consulting companies.
In Capgemini, he had been instrumental in growing the employee workforce from barely 100 to more than 2500 in just 4 years time keeping more than 100% growth rate. He had been the primary force behind various people management, integration and development initiatives in the company. He had actively worked towards changing the image of HR from a support function to a Business Partner. It was under his leadership that Capgemini received the prestigious Hindustan Times Excellence Award for the “Organization that creates Fun and Joy at Work”.
Atul has also worked with reputed companies like Siemens Information Systems Ltd (SISL), Delhi Cloth & General Mills, Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemical Limited (BRPL), Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, and Pawanhans Helicopters Limited (PHL). Out of these SISL, BRPL and PHL were start-up companies. Atul not only put up effective HR departments in these companies but also built robust people processes, practices and interventions.
He has also worked as an independent Human Capital Management Consultant from 2005-07. During this period he was HR Advisor to Systems Plus Solutions, Pranav Constructions, and Illusion Online India Pvt Ltd He was also associated with Zbac Adventure Institute as a facilitator in ‘Outbound Experiential Learning Programme’. During this period he was invited to be a Tutor by Indian School of Business Hyderabad, for their Leadership Programme
